This old article most likely from the 1940's was shared by a reader.

Attached please find the news article I wrote to you about. I have it
because that's my father on the horse when he was 9 years old. My
father died at age 40, thirty-two years ago. That makes this article
63 years old - wow I guess I did not realize this. I thought the
gentlemen named Fred Wooster was an interesting fellow indeed! I was
given this article by my aunt who was raised in Trinidad. I do not
know the actual date - sorry!
