Hey, Pete glad to see you are feeling better! I'll be in Trinidad over the Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate my birthday on Friday and most important, my parents 50th annivarsary on Saturday. Talking of these chili burgers has me wanting one. Problem is, deciding which place to go to get one.

FYI in Pueblo a greenchile burger is called a Slopper. It doesn't have french fries on top but oyster crackers. If you ever in Pueblo, find the Sunset Inn or the SET. Almost as good as home.
