Hi.
I read your query and we currently have a large 4 bdrm, 2 bath apt for rent. It is 3 blocks from Main Street, WZe are asking $750/750 witha lease. We furnish dish, trash but no utilities.
It is earth sheltered so it holds the tempertures well.
We hope to rent it soon and it probably will not be vacant in the summer. If you are interested call me at 719-845-8859.

Thank you for your response. If the apartment is still available we may take a look at it when we come out the first part of March. We will give you a call. Unfortunately we will be involved this spring in selling our home so I don't think we will be renting before summer.

One more thing, house is within walking distance to college campus.
