    Bettyrose Begano, age 73

Bettyrose Begano, age 73, died January 31, 2006 in Pueblo, CO. She was born November 8, 1932 in Trinidad, CO to Ivar and Elizabeth Larsen. She married James F. Begano July 30, 1949 in Raton, New Mexico.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Ivar Larsen Jr., Edmund Larsen; mother and father in law John and Lucille Begano; sister-in-law Clivene Begano; brothers-in-law John Begano, Robert Begano and grandson Jason Wayne Begano.

She is survived by husband James F. Begano Sr.; James F. (Kimber) Begano Jr. , Randy (Mary) Begano; Frank A. Begano; daughter Rosanne Begano; brothers Leonard Larsen and Mons Larsen; sisters Lou (William H.) Eberhard and Beret (James N.) Dickinson and nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law Darlene (James) Myers, Gerri Begano, Thelma (Robert) Wishar, brother-
in-law William (Jean) Begano and numerous nephews and nieces.

Bettyrose was the anchor and backbone of her family. She never tired or avoided hard work and believed in constantly offering a helping hand, a kind word, or a loving and caring remark. Her beautiful
blue eyes and warm friendly smile settled arguments, assured you everything was fine and melted the hardest spirits. Her answer to every situation was a meal, dessert, or snack that was prepared with
pure love. She always made time for any family member and everyone on this earth was her family.

Betty was an accountant, seamstress, artist, carpenter, gardener and above all else a mother. She made sure no child or grandchild ever wanted for anything. Her willingness to always listen and not
judge but to offer an intelligent solution will never be replaced. This world has lost a lady in every sense of the word.

Memorial services will be held Friday February 3, 2006 at 11:00 am at the Mullare-Murphy Funeral Home with Pastor Vaughn Neshiem. Donations may be made to American Heart Association or Zion Lutheran Church. The family may be contacted at 901 TascosaStreet, Trinidad, CO.

The family has entrusted Mullare-Murphy Funeral Home with the arrangements.
