Is there ever more detail! Am I correct, but it appears that there are two ranches in this photo. Also what kind of rig is behind the building? This keeps getting more interesting .........

Dodie: I might be wrong but it looks like the tower behind the building is the terminiation point of the power line that comes in from the left. That makes me even more curious about what that building is.

After studying pictures more and more and ones of Engleville it isn't there either. That angle can only come from behind if you will where Allendale is.

I think that this angle of Fisher's Peak is being taken on the road to the rifle range, going out to San Maguil hill. I am sorry about the spelling. There are ranches out there, even the Gyrumen ranch and that looks like it could possibly be there. It is really a pretty picture. threelazyl

The road to the rifle range is Engleville. It is a little more to the right. I will scan and post a picture from Engleville tom. so maybe it will help someone pinpoint the area.

Isn't Engleville a little more out of town. The road that I am talking about is also known as Frijole Hill. threelazyl

Is there another road that is between Engleville and Fisher's Peak that brings you in closer to the peak?

Only place I know of was the access road to the Cummins Ranch. My bet is that this is from behind where Allendale is now somewhere.
