Anita (ZEHNA) Thompson

For anyone who may have known the ZEHNA family (parents: Frank & Virginia; children: Anita, Buddy, and Joan), I am sharing the sad news from our CORDOVA and ZEHNA families that Anita (ZEHNA) Thompson died Thursday, April 20, 2006, in Santa Fe, NM, after living with a fourth and this time terminal recurrence of cancer. Anita is preceded in death by her father Frank, her sister Joan (Zehna) Barton, and her brother Byron "Buddy" Zehna.

Grateful for your thoughtful prayers for her 88-year old surviving mother Virginia (Cordova) ZEHNA and for Anita's daughter, Kimberly (Thompson) Souders. In the precious mystery of the cycle of LIFE, Anita's daughter Kimberly gave birth to a first child, a baby girl, on April 19th, the day before Anita died.
