Train Stop

Just an fyi for you all, after reading all the messages left for and about the taxi situation (which sounded so bitter and mean....and to think I always fault myself to the extreme!). Anyway, I'm still traveling frequently between Trinidad and Phoenix (must get off in Flagstaff), and usually take Amtrak (amtrak.com) which DOES stop in Trinidad at apprx. 9:00 am (going southwest) and 6:00 pm (going northeast). The most recent price I paid for a round-trip was $162, which is far and away cheaper than driving. It also gives me a chance to catch up on reading and sleeping :)!

Susan, Thanks for posting this update. Good to know but you folks can have THAT heat. We used to take a train ride to Grand Junction when I was kid yearly. Still remember how fun it is.
