    George Horace Long

I am interested in any information on my great-great grandfather, George Horace Long. He was born in Virginia (some say Kentucky but we have reason to believe it was Virginia) and came west with the Sublett brothers about 1861. He settled in Taos and opened a Cantina. He married Juana Maria deHerrera of Ranchos de Taos and they had several children of which my great-grandfather, Jose Manuel Long was one After the Taos Rebellion he settled in the Trinidad area (Longs Canyon Community) and was the first probate judge in Trinidad. I would like to know if the cemetary he was buried in was moved or perhaps he was burned near Longs Canyon.
