Book about Indian and Wagon Trails etc??

Hello, a few years ago there was an article about a book on the indian trails, wagon trails, old west towns, and gold mines that were in Colorado. It was supposed to have some history on thses old towns and mines, along with maps of the era. I don't know if it was in your paper or not. If you could help me locate information on this book, I would appriciate it. Thanks, Pat
