Could you please recommend a good Spyware Remover and Anti-Spyware? Also, I need to know how to remove Antivirus 2009. Thanks. Linda

Hey Linda! Got your email but thought I would post the answer here to help others if need be. The best program out there for removing and keeping off spyware in my humble opinion is Spybot Search & Destroy. It is a free program and can be downloaded from www.safer-networking.net If you need help running the program try the help section as it is very well done. If need be you can of course ask me!
