We have a 1920s photo of an old Derby Oil service station in Trinidad.



Let's see if anyone recognizes where it is/was located.

(FYI - It is raining today, and rain is forecast for the remainder of the week!)

In the meantime, during your trusted, and volunteered silence in divulging the location of our "Mystery Photo" I am providing a Google image which indicates to me that the roof is in a rather dilapidated condition. This relatively recent image indicates that the building may be still standing.

If no member determines the station's location by tomorrow, May 18th, at 12 noon you may divulge your answer as to the building's location to claim your prize. Or, if not the guessing can continue.

The station is located on the SE corner of Kansas and Arizona.

I will see if I can find another old photo, or part of an old photo to post.

I've been through Bucoda, WA and Trinidad, WA and I am sure this service station is located in Trinidad, CO on the SE corner of Kansas and Arizona.
