Infanty Clayton Lee Fernandez-Velasquez died on the day of his birth, Feb. 21, 2012, at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs.

He is survived by loving parents Laurie Fernandez and Justin Velasquez; his sister Andrea Lynnae Fernandez; his brother Andrew Velasquez; his grandparents Cindy (Allan) Smith, John Fernandez and Charlene (Paul) Velasquez; his great grandmothers ida Fernandez and Pam Velasquez; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, March 2 at Comi Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Harry Gonzales officiating followed by private inurnment.
