Hi Pamm!! Lando and Francis Moguez were my wife's aunt/uncle. The name Rizzio should be Riggio. They were also aunt/uncle to my wife, Geraldine Gonzales, d.o. Joe and Mary (Moguez) Gonzales. I think she has that photo that you are talking about. I am unable to see your photo.
