Neil Sexton, formerly of Trinidad and now residing in Utica, NY,
will again be the master of ceremonies for the event he originally founded in August of 1999 which has grown from an audience of several hundred to last year’s estimated attendance of 5000 to 6000.
“To the audience, the all-day Fest will seem unchanged from previous years,” says Jerry Campbell, “however, there will be some differences behind the scenes, mostly in ways that we think will improve the experience for both attendees and participants.”
