Here's the deal - there is an apartment coming available on January 15. HUGE four bedroom, two bath - very spacious and clean, 1490 square feet of living space. Three blocks from downtown, but very quiet neighborhood. It's been telephone wired to carry Qwest DSL internet - paid $200 to have that done alone as some of the places here in town need upgraded to take advantage of the Qwest high speed - so got that done, but unforeseen circumstances force a move. Is this apt still available? My family is moving to the area and need a place to rent. If so, I'd love more details about location, etc. and to see if there's a chance to see the place. We live in the Denver area and could come down on a weekend to check it out. We were actually in town over the weekend and kicked ourselves for not finding your posting earlier so we could arrange something.
